Asking the Man in the Street (to punch sacred cows)

So MITS who is more boring: Radiohead or Cold Play?

I'm glad you asked. Bit of a tough call really. Clearly RH's music is just self congratulatory wank, but by Christ don't CP just drone on.

I would say that CP are Nickleback to RH's Matchbox 20. No, wait, the other way round.

Oh who cares.

Arseholes.

Except for Creep obviously. Brilliant that is.

(hums to self)

Well, hurrah for OK Computer anyway and also for the first time you heard Clocks if it was just on the radio and you were allowed to enjoy the catchy little piano and build up before it became the Anthem For Capitalism 2005.

Agree with you both. Totally.

....besides, does anyone actually know what he's singing about in Clocks????

Oh and this may make you both cringe but I loved Alex Lloyd's song 'amazing' until, as Franzy so eloquently put it, it too became the Anthem for Capitalism.... *sigh*. I think it's now being used to flog Ford FWDs.....

I don't know man, seems like an easy target. RH and CP are so establishment, like, dude.
